The Great South Run takes place in Portsmouth over a flat 10-mile route, famous for its buzzing atmosphere, iconic music and entertainment zones, and a route that takes you past HMS Victory, Portsmouth's historic dockyard and the glorious seafront finish.

About this event

Take on the fast and flat Great South Run as part of RSPCA Team Animal! We'll be there to cheer you around the course on event day with our themed cheer station. 

Charity places

By raising money for the RSPCA you'll be helping us create a world that's kinder to animals.

There's a minimum fundraising target of £200, we'll be on hand to support you with ideas and resources to make your fundraising easy and fun! The money raised from this event will help us rescue, rehabilitate and rehome or release more animals when they need us most.

Running with your own place?

If you already have your own place in the Great South Run we would love you to join Team Animal and make your running count for more than just a personal best. You can set your own fundraising target and we'll be on hand to help you every step of the way.
