About Me

Breed: Domestic Shorthair crossbreed
Colour: Tabby
Age: 11 Years (approx)
Ref: ANI00276

Meet Simba (Tabby ears) & Tigger, they were both signed over to our care by their previous owner because they could no longer care for them. When they arrived they were both suffering dental disease and needed urgent dental treatment and Tigger was very matted and he needed his coat clipping off, these matts would have been painful and tugging on his skin.

When these boys arrived they were both scared, especially Simba, he really didn't cope with the change but at 11 Years they had lost everything that they known and were placed in a cattery which they found really frightening.
We placed them in a loving foster home where they could have a quiet home environment with one to one care and this is what the foster carer has to say about them:

Simba and Tigger are two of the sweetest, cuddliest cats. Although quite shy to begin with, once they¿re settled in, they really are the softest boys.
Tigger is the more confident of the two, he loves attention, especially at bedtime, and will try and lie as close to you as possible and loves cuddling into you. He can be very vocal and enjoys charging round the house playing with his toys.
Simba is the shyer of the two and prefers his own space to begin with, however, once he¿s settled in, he¿s also a big cuddle bug. He¿ll follow you around the house meowing almost silently to get your attention. If you¿re not petting him enough, he¿ll even give you a gentle little tap with his paw as a reminder that he¿s still there.
These two would make fantastic companions for a quiet household. They can both be quite overwhelmed by visitors and loud noises, but I feel this would become better the more they settled in. They're both very affectionate and would love nothing more than to cuddle up on someone's lap for the majority of their day.
