Fund Raising Event for RSPCA Blackberry Farm 30th November 2013.

'Max's Charity Day' Thank you to everyone who attended/helped with this event.   It was so well supported and we are pleased to say the event raised an amazing £3,225.  

Angie and Andy Ledger had this to say about their son:

"Max, aged 9, passed away suddenly in February this year.  He loved anmials and due tho the fact that we are unable to celebrate his 10th birthday with him we decided that we would support a charity in his name and make as much money as possible.  This way, as we can't hand him a present, we can hand the RSPCA a donation on Max's behalf.  It is for a very good cause and animals in need will benefit from the tragedy of losing Max.  It will be great to see as many people as possible on the day, helping celebrate Max's birthday and raising money for a good cause at the same time"

This was a wonderful idea by the family and we are really grateful for the generous support that they continue to give to the centre.
