Sweet and gentle Sandy (just 3 years old) has recently arrived in our care from a multi dog household through no fault of his own. We dont believe that Sandy has experienced much of the world outside the 4 walls he was used to, and is therefore quite cautious when it comes to dealing with new experiences.

Sandy is a bit of an anxious soul and would need his adopters to take things slowly with him and in a calm and careful manner introduce him to everyday things, like getting in a car, walking in busy areas and loud noises. 

Sandy is looking for a home with another calm, confident dog that would love a new friend and one who would be able to show Sandy the ropes and help him with his confidence out in the big wide world. 

Being a Rough Collie potential adopters must bear in mind that Sandy will need regular grooming, unfortunately he came to us in a bit of a state needing a wash groom and some for the fur on his back end and tail shaving of. 

Sandy has previously lived with a cat and could potentially live with a calm cat again, children in the home should be over the age of 12 years old. A private secure garden would be ideal for Sandy to help him to slowly get used to the outside world and a nice sunspot to relax in.

Adoption fee £250.00 and virtual home visit apply. Sandy is not neutered and would need to return to us at appropriate time to have this done, he is microchipped, vaccinated and is worm and flea treated.
