We are the Lancashire East branch of the RSPCA, based at RSPCA Altham animal centre. We cover the geographical areas of Burnley, Blackburn with Darwen, Hyndburn, Pendle and the Ribble Valley.

Our branch is run by a committee of locally elected volunteers who are responsible for the management and administration of the branch's affairs.
