Lincolnshire North & Humber Branch
The Lincolnshire North & Humber (Scunthorpe) branch of the RSPCA is a separately registered charity supporting the local work of the RSPCA Inspectors.
We are responsible for raising funds locally to help animals in our area. We are run by local volunteers and raise money through fundraising events, donations and legacies.
We are in the lucky position of having two charity shops. One is situated at Springs Parade in Brigg by the River Ancholme. Although smaller in size it has proved to be very popular with the local residents and also attracts customers from the various nearby villages.
Our first Charity shop is at 278a Ashby High St. Ashby, Scunthorpe and is also very popular receiving great interest from the public daily. It is thanks to the hard work of the volunteers who man these shops that the Branch is able to continue its vital animal welfare work.
All monies raised by their efforts goes directly into helping sick, injured and abused animals on a local level. If you think that you could spare an hour or so in helping at either of these shops you will be more than welcome. If you haven't the time but would still like to help we are always in need of good quality saleable goods, ranging from household items to bric-a-brac, to books etc. Our opening times are as follows.
Brigg Mon - Tues- Thurs- Fri- Sat 9.30am - 3.30pm tel. 01652/656305
Ashby Mon- Tues- Wed- Thurs- Fri 9.00am - 400pm tel 01724/842052
