Poppy is our Adorable 4-Year-Old Frenchie

When Poppy arrived, she wasn’t in a good condition at all; she had a severe eye infection which had been left and meant she could no longer see out of her right eye.

Since Poppy has been with us, she’s undergone surgery to have her eye removed and this little treasure hasn’t let anything get in her way; she’s been an absolute dream and we have all fallen in love with her here at the centre.

Poppy has been in foster for just over a month now to help with her recovery and she’s taken to her foster home like a dream, her foster dad Paul can’t compliment her enough and she loves playing and relaxing with his two dogs in the home too.

Poppy is now fully recovered and ready to find her forever home, Poppy loves her little adventures and walks - even though she has one eye she doesn’t let this restrict her at all.Poppy loves nothing more than to snuggle up and cuddle, she’s a very affectionate little girl but she is also very playful and enjoys interacting with toys alone and with her humans.

Poppy can live with dogs that meet her needs and requirements.Poppy can live with children 5+ that understand when she needs her space and allow her the time and patience she needs whilst settling into her new home.

Poppy may be able to live with small furries/animals’ dependent on their accommodation within the home.
