What happens if I'm dissatisfied with a Level 3 reply?

If you're dissatisfied with a Level 3 reply but your complaint is not about Inspectorate or Prosecutions you will have reached the end of our national complaints procedure and we will be unable to take the matter further. 

What happens if I have a complaint about RSPCA's recruitment procedure?

Complaints from members of the public regarding our recruitment process will be reviewed by our recruitment team and responded to in line with the complaints procedure.
