Read more about us
We are a self-funding branch of the RSPCA responsible for raising money locally to support our animal welfare work. Our branch was first formed in 1877!
What do we do?
- Prevent animal cruelty
- Promote kindness
- Rehabilitate and rehome animals in need rescued by our inspectors
- Raise money to fund our animal welfare work.
You can find out more about our work in our 2023 Annual Report.
How do we work?
The branch is run by a committee of locally elected volunteers who are responsible for the management and administration of the branch's affairs. We always welcome new volunteers so please get in touch if you want to help. Visit our volunteer page to find out more.
We support our local RSPCA inspectors and take animals most in need. We rehabilitate and rehome animals in our care through fosterers and a private boarding establishment.

We cover Guildford, Godalming, Milford, Chiddingfold, Cranleigh, Peaslake, Effingham, Jacob’s Well, Leatherhead, Tadworth, Banstead, Epsom, West Ewell, Oxshott and the surrounding areas. Here's our map.
