Low availability of appointments at our animal clinic
We currently have very low availability of appointments because so many people are trying to book. We release appointment slots 7 days in advance and it's likely that you may not be able to get an appointment more quickly than 7 days following the day you call. We have to prioritise emergencies and patients who are already registered.
If you are trying to register you may need to phone on several days until an appointment is free
If your pet has already seen a vet and needs treatment which you cannot afford, please mention this when you call to try to get an appointment and we will do our best to fit you in. However at present we are usually fully booked several days in advance.
If you need to cancel an appointment for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible so that it can be offered to someone else. The best way to do this is to phone our out of hours number - 07742 658 086 - when the clinic is closed or the main phone number - 01223 609 689 option 3 during clinic sessions.
