Alternatively, our out of hours emergency private service is provided by Forest Veterinary Centre Hospital in Epping, on *01992 575 790*. This service is for registered clients who currently use our clinic. You will be required to pay for treatment direct to them on the day, at their current rates. Our branch is unable to reimburse our registered clients for any treatment paid to a private practice . In the event of an animal welfare emergency such as an injured animal, or concerns regarding cruelty or neglect, please call the RSPCA National Cruelty and Advice Line on *0300 1234 999.* Between 8am & 8pm
