About Us
We are a separately registered independent branch of the RSPCA. Our branch raise our own funds locally to help animals in need within our area. We're run by a committee of volunteers and rely heavily on donations, legacies, fundraising and profits from our two charity shops.
Please note our branch do not have a clinic. If you're seeking veterinary care for your animal please contact your local vet.
The RSPCA mission is to ensure animals have a good life by rescuing and caring for those in need, by advocating on behalf of all animals and by inspiring everyone to treat them with compassion and respect.
We rely mainly on our network of foster homes who care for our furry residents, please see our find a pet page for more details on how to adopt an animal from our branch. Interested in fostering? Complete our online application form (cats and kittens).
We offer financial assistance to help the animals most in need within our branch area. When resources & space allow we provide assistance with stray cat colonies via our TNR programme. Please get in touch via email to see if we're able to help.
