Wimbledon, Wandsworth & Sutton District Branch

What we do

*PLEASE NOTE AS OF 1ST JANUARY 2025 WE ARE NOW TRADING UNDER OUR NEW BRANCH NAME AND CHARITY NUMBER*

RSPCA South West London branch

Charity number 1209355

Below is an overview on what our branch does and how we help our local animal community;

  • We rescue, rehabilitate and rehome (or release if TNR) cats, rabbits and guinea pigs using our network of local foster homes and rented cattery space at neighbouring RSPCA branches (for those animals who aren't able to go to a foster home).
  • We offer financial assistance for pet owners in our local area to help towards veterinary costs, neutering and chipping. We also fund a free dog neutering scheme with Wandsworth Council for council tenants.
  • We regularly supply several local foodbanks with pet food to help struggling pet owners feed their animals during difficult times. A list of participating foodbanks can be found on the main website but others who are not on the list may also be able to help so if you're in need, please do reach out to your local foodbank.
  • We pay for wildlife collected from our branch area by the RSPCA Inspectors so they can receive the care they need at specialist wildlife centers.
  • Our two charity shops in SW18 offer quality clothing, jewellery & household items at fantastic prices, contributing to the reuse and relove ecosystem of unwanted goods whilst generating much needed funds for our activities.

We can do so much more with your support. Please be kind enough to make a donation so we can continue our work.
